ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family in the guise of any complaint from the third respondent.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that due to civil dispute, the petitioner was harassed by the respondent Police and prayed to issue a direction to the respondents 1 and 2. 3.Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who appears on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the case in C.S.R.No.356 of 2020 was registered by the second respondent and both the parties are enquired and the C.S.R. was closed directing the parties to approach the concerned Forum.
