learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari to early disposal of C.C.No.167 of 2019 within a time frame. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that out of 12 witnesses, 8 witness were examined. 3.Considering the above submission and also considering the fact that the case of the year 2019, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari to complete the trial process in C.C.No.167 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
