Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14 A(2) of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Special Court for Trial of Cases Registered under SC/ST (POA), Act 1989, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No.408 of 2020 dated 01.07.2020 and to set aside the same and to enlarge the appellants on bail in Crime No.67 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mrs. M.Anandha Devi, Government Pleader(Criminal Side) On Behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.216 of 2020 dated 20.07.2020. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 20.07.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till now and prayed the condition to be relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

No.4097 of 2020 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.216 of 2020 dated 20.07.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent on every Tuesdays until further order.
