ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.All that the petitioner wants is to perform Annadhanam and conduct religious drama in connection with the petition mentioned event. The petitioner states that there is no rival claim.

3.Taking into account the over all facts and circumstances, I direct the third respondent to permit the petitioner to perform the aforesaid acts. It is open to the third respondent to stipulate appropriate conditions to ensure smooth conduct of the events. The petitioner is obliged to adhere to the same. 4.This writ petition is allowed on these terms. No costs. 29.04.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias Issue order copy on 30.04.2024.
