O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.04.2021, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on the instructions, submitted that the property has been classified as Nanjai Tharisu/Punjai Tharisu and that there are nearly 30 families, who are residing therein.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, it will suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to convey the decision taken to the petitioner based on the representation made on 20.04.2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
