(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner filed this writ petition for a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to accept the one-time settlement application of the petitioner dated 18.06.2020 and to close the loan account within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondent Bank has considered the OTS proposal of the petitioner favourably and sent a reply letter to the petitioner on 20.08.2020.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
