This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to register the Will presented by the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.T.R.Subramanian, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the Will, that is sought to be registered by the petitioner. If there are objections and the third respondent is not inclined to register the document, the third respondent has to pass necessary orders and convey the same to the petitioner, so that it will enable the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance 2/5

with law. On the other hand, if there is no objection to register the Will, the third respondent can proceed further to register the Will. In any event, a decision shall be taken in this regard and conveyed to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
