ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to complete the trial in C.C.No.301 of 2015 in Crime No.101 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police Station.
2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that a direction may be issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai for speedy disposal of the case in C.C.No.301 of 2015 in Crime No.101 of 2014.
3.Mr.M.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who appears for the respondents, submitted that so many criminal miscellaneous petition were being filed and they cause the delay. Further witness could not be examined due to Covid situation. 4.It is seen that the case is pending for the past five years and a suitable direction is necessary for the trial Judge to dispose of the matter expeditiously.
