This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to take necessary action based on the complaint made in CSR No. 195 of 2024.

2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against one Balakumar in respect of cheating and life threat made by him on 30.01.2025, but no action was taken. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, C.S.R.No.195 of 2024 was assigned. After due enquiry, the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

4.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the petitioner's complaint was already considered and closed by the second respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
