ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No. 3657/2025, dated 26.02.2025.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the averments stated by the petitioner in the petition, nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Sivakasi Town Police Station daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
