ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents, Tahsildar and Taluk Surveyor, Taluk Office, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, to survey and demarcate the property in survey No.219/48C in patta No.502 situated at East Street, Agaththar Iruppu Village, Abiramam Town Panchayat, Kamuthi in Ramanathapuram District. The petitioner had given an application and had also paid necessary charges on 14.07.2021.

2. It is stated that the property originally belonged to the grandfather of the petitioner namely K.G.Krishnan who then executed a Will in favour of the mother of the petitioner Banumathi in the year 1968. The patta, however, stands in the name of petitioner's grandfather.

3. The petitioner may give a genealogy table to the respondent in addition to the representation and the respondents may examine the other brothers and sisters and the relatives of the petitioner and if there is no serious objection, proceed to survey the land and demarcate the property. The entire exercise 2/4

must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date on which the petitioner given the genealogy table to the respondents herein.
