Heard both sides.

2.The only contention raised by the petitioner to seek cancellation of the bail already granted by this Court to respondent Nos.2 and 3 is that, after obtaining anticipatory bail, respondent Nos.2 and 3 threatened the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint, which was enquired into and subsequently closed. Apart from the said allegation, there are no other allegation and no materials available on record to substantiate the contention of the petitioner. In the absence of any cogent sufficient material, it is not appropriate to cancel the bail already granted by this Court.
