O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to consider the medical reports of the accused person sent through registered post on 25.02.2025 and to investigate the matter in Crime No.668 of 2024.

2.According to the petitioner, she is the mother of the accused in Crime No.668 of 2024, which was registered for vehicle theft case. Her son is suffering from mental bipolar disorder. Therefore, she sent the representation dated 25.02.2025 along with medical records to the first respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that mental bipolar disorder is not a disease and it causes only sudden aggression and the case is pending at FIR stage. Therefore, the trial Court is the competent Court to consider the grounds raised in the representation. Hence he prayed to dismiss this petition.

4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the first respondent, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2025 and act in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
