The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent the Tahsildar, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai to measure the petitioner site of land wherein house situate and to find out four boundaries in Survey No.191/21 Natham to an extent of 0.05.5 Ares in Meyyappatti Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai through the surveyor within a stipulated time.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 28.09.2015 followed by another representation dated 05.12.2015 seeking for such relief. Therefore, it is for the second respondent to consider those representations and pass orders on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ law after giving due opportunity to the interested parties if any.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks. No costs.
