This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD) No.5234 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.419 of 2024, dated 09.08.2024, in and by which, the petitioners were directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.MP(MD) No.4789 of 2025 submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 30.09.2024 till date.
