When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

Hence, permission is granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh individual Writ Petition for individual cause of action arise by the petitioner, but without prejudice to the merits of the contentions that might be made by the respondents. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
