ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No. 425 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same against these petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent after completing the investigation, has laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1030 of 2022. He further submitted that after full trial, all the accused were acquitted.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
