ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the impugned notice passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.A4/6521/2021, dated 16.02.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, the third respondent initiated the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C., Challenging the same, the present petition has been filed.

However, he would further submit that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to conclude the direction issued by the third respondent dated 16.02.2022, if it is not already concluded. 4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court issued a direction to the second respondent to conclude the direction issued by the third respondent dated 16.02.2022, if it is not already concluded.
