The petitioners have come forward with these petitions seeking for a direction, directing the Inspector of Police, B5, Southgate Police Station, Madurai City, to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.12.2015 and 03.01.2016, as an FIR.

2. The Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioners, a case has already been registered in Crime No.41 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above stated position, the 3rd respondent

is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.41 of 2016 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
