The petitioner, based on a registered sale deed and Document No. 812/2002, dated 07.10.2002, has sought for survey of his lands by making an application on 23.07.2024. The petitioner only seeks disposal of the said survey application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 23.07.2024, after hearing the petitioner and any other interested parties. If necessary, police protection shall be obtained from the 4th 2/4

respondent at the time of survey. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
