ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as an accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.03.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.130 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.03.2016, due to civil dispute with regard to picking of Tamarind in between the deceased and the petitioner, the petitioner stabbed the deceased with knife and due to that he died. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Due to the civil dispute with regard to picking Tamarind, the deceased attacked the petitioner and the petitioner sustained injury. The petitioner was arrested on 25.03.2016 and he is in judicial custody. 4.The learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the brothers of the petitioner threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences that not to give evidence in this case. He objected to granting of bail to the petitioner.

5.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is completed and awaiting for viscera report. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 25.03.2016, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Thiruvannamalai and report before the Thiruvannamalai Police station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
