O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) The petitioner who is the mother of the detenue, seeks production of the person of her daughter namely Harjani, aged about 16 years.
2. Yesterday, the detenue was produced by the respondent police. On the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenue should be allowed to undergo medical examination, we granted permission to undergo medical examination. After completion of the medical examination, the detenue was produced before us today. The medical report is awaited.
3. Therefore, on the basis of the willingness expressed by the detenue before us yesterday that she is prepared to go with her mother, who is also present today, we permit the detenue to go with her mother and stay with the family members.

4. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
