ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue patta to the petitioner based on the petitioner's applications dated 26.09.2024 and 18.02.2025.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the limited relief prayed for by the writ petitioner, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the first respondent to conduct due enquiry based on the petitioner's applications dated 2/4

26.09.2024 and 18.02.2025 and also sale deed in document No.2865 of 2015 and pass orders on the petitioner's applications, on merits and in accordance with law and if necessary after hearing any other interested parties. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
