ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.C3/32809/2023 dated 17.03.2024 and quash the same in so far as the findings and observations made thereon. 2/5

2. It is fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the operative portion of the impugned order does not operate against the petitioner and he is not aggrieved by the same. He is only aggrieved by the observations made in the impugned order, which has a direct bearing on the application now pending before the third respondent.

3. Considering the limited request, while dismissing this Writ Petition, it is made clear that the third respondent shall proceed to pass orders uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned order and he shall independently apply his mind, peruse the documents and thereafter pass appropriate orders.
