ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.06.2018 and further direct the 3rd respondent to appoint her in the 4th respondent school in the Higher Secondary Commerce post which fell vacant from this academic year.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, somebody has been appointed on the said post.

3. In such circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, instead of the prayer sought for in the Writ petition, challenging the appointment of the 5th respondent.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said appointment order. If a copy of the appointment is sought for by the petitioner, the same shall be furnished to the petitioner by the fourth respondent, for taking recourse to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
