RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.6564 of 2021 dated 05/05/2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KARUNAKARAN.K.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 10.05.2021 to 14.06.2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was complying with the conditions from 10.05.2021 to 14.06.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is only earning member in the family and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
