ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents not to harass the petitioner and their family members under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioners' representation, dated 02.07.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondents 3 and 4 frequently called the petitioners and their family members and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioners were called only for enquiry on the complaint made by the defacto complainant. He further submitted that after conducting enquiry, the said complaint was closed. Hence, the statement made by the petitioners that they are being harassed at the hands of the respondents 3 and 4 is incorrect and the same is denied.
5. Recording the above said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
