O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 24.04.2023 and to survey the land and fix the boundaries of the land comprised in Survey No.33/12B2 in situated at Kalugapulikkadu, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate leader appearing for the official respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents for survey and fixing the boundaries of the aforesaid land. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the respondents within a time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2023 conduct enquiry by hearing all the parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
