Challenging the order passed in Na.Ka.No.A-44-19 by the 4th respondent dated 03.08.2020 and to direct the respondents to provide patta to the petitioner in respect of the property in D.No.1430/A9 in S.Nos.211/1B and 211/2, measuring to an extent of 2 cents situated at Baiyoor Pillaivayal Village Group, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9707 of 2020 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer on 23.08.2020.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that since the matter is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the petitioner has to workout her remedy before the appellate authority and further submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.However, the petitioner has to workout her remedy before the appellate authority. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
