ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 16.06.2016, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners will pay the amount within a period of 2 weeks and on his request, the matter was listed on 27.06.2016. On 27.07.2016, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners and therefore the matter was posted today i.e., on 28.06.2016.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
