ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act, in Crime No.103 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second bail application filed by the petitioner and the first bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6226 of 2021 on 30.04.2021.

3. There is no change in fact situation warranting grant of anticipatory bail.

4. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
