Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned corrigendum dated 02.08.2013 and 19.06.2013 issued to the Notification No.04/2013, dated 28.05.2013 by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to award 14 marks for Teaching Experience as per the experience certificate produced by the petitioner and to award 6 marks for the academic qualification taking into account the M.Phil., Degree and consequently direct the third respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Assistant Professor in Mathematics subject.
