RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time to execute sureties imposed by this Honourable Court in CRL OP.(MD) No. 6610/2021 dated 12.05.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.R.NIMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamilnadu(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6610 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to lock down, he is unable to arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
