ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of TNP Act, in Crime No.182 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail petition and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 21.04.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 5672 of 2021 on the ground that five previous case of similar nature is pending against the petitioner.

3. Since dismissal of the earlier petition there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
