Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 2.All that the petitioner seeks is consideration of the petition mentioned representation. The petitioner suffered an assessment on 23.10.2017. He had filed a petition for rectification within the limitation period of six years.

I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or other.
