O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to release the sale deed, which was executed on 10.02.2020 and it is kept pending Doc.No.2/2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.The petitioner along with four others executed a sale deed dated 10.02.2020 in favour of one Kanagasundaram. The grievance of the petitioner is that this sale deed was kept as pending document No. 2/2020. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the second respondent to release the sale deed. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the third respondent also claimed right and title over the property and hence, submitted a protest petition before the second respondent and the same is pending.

5.In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to enquire the parties and take a decision by passing appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
