ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 77 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7577 of 2023 dated 06.01.2024 on the file of the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer Special Court under Essential Commodities Act, Thanjavur.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court). Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
