Today the matter came up for hearing under the caption "For being mentioned".

2. It is brought to the knowledge of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the vehicle was wrongly incorporated as "Taurus Lorry" instead of "TATA ACE MEGA Tempo van" in the order dated 01.04.2026 made in Crl.RC(MD)No.576 of 2026. Hence, he seeks necessary correction in the order dated 01.04.2026.

3. In paragraph No.9 of the order dated 01.04.2026, vehicle name shall be modified as "TATA ACE MEGA Tempo van" instead of "Taurus Lorry". https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
