ORDER
The petitioner has made an application dated 12.11.2015 for recognising them as Christian Religious Minority Educational Agency for running the proposed college, viz. St. Teresa College of Women, Mangalakuntu Post, Vilavancode, Kanyakumari District. The said application was sent to the first respondent. Now the writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the said application, on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.In view of the narrow prayer made, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 12.11.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
