: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to implement the terms of the settlement arrived on 10.01.2020 at the office of the 2nd respondent in the presence of the 1st to 3rd respondents with the representatives of the 4th respondent.

W.P(MD)No.9506 of 2020 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that though a settlement has been arrived at on 10.01.2020 itself, so far the the same has not been implemented. Therefore, the petitioner seeks appropriate directions to the respondents to implement the settlement dated 10.01.2020.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if the grievance of the petitioner is directed to be considered, within a stipulated time limit.
4.In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's grievance and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
