O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary action against the 3rd respondent and to give necessary police protection to the life ad limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint against the 3rd respondent and also she sought for police protection, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, she sent a representation dated 27.03.2025, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that they received the petitioner's representation and thereafter, they issued summon to both the parties for enquiry and the enquiry was fixed on 12.04.2025. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 3rd respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.

According to the petitioner, she sent a representation dated 27.03.2025 to take action against the 3rd respondent and for police protection, but the same has not been considered by the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent also admitted the receipt of representation from the petitioner and the same is under enquiry and they fixed the date on 12.04.205 for enquiry. Therefore, it is for the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. In view of the same, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2025 in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to both the parties, within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

6. With the above said observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
