ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 468,471, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.16 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant and threatened him with dire consequences.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court by order dated 05.04.2016, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5880 of 2016, but, the petitioners could not comply with the condition imposed by this Court, on the ground that one of their close relative viz.,P. Vijayarajan, fell ill and the petitioners were taking care of him. Hence, the present petition has been filed by the petitioners.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that this Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5880 of 2016 dated 05.04.2016, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Madurai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
