This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to issue appropriate directions to the fifth respondent to 2/7
declare the petitioner's probation to give relevant monetary and service benefits within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court by considering the representation dated 04.03.2025.
2. The petitioner is working as Village Administrative Officer in K.Pichampatti Village, Karur Division, Karur District. She joined in service as Village Administrative Officer on 17.01.20213 through direct recruitment. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after completion of 12 years of service , his probation is not declared by the respondents and due to that reason, she is not getting monetary and service benefits. Requesting to declare the probation, he submitted a representation, dated 04.03.2025 to the respondents. As per the petitioner, it was not considered till date. Against the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation submitted by the petitioner on 04.03.2025, she has constrained to file the present writ petition.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 3/7

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court intends to dispose of this writ petition at the admission stage with the consent of both sides without going into the merits of the case with a direction to the first respondent to issue appropriate direction to the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a time to be stipulated herein under to meet the ends of justice.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to issue appropriate direction to the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
No costs.
