PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2015 and issue patta in Survey No.63/1. 5th Ward Balasamuthiram, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District. ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider her representation dated 07.09.2015 and issue patta in Survey NO.63/1, 5th Ward Balasamuthiram, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents based on instructions, submitted that the property for which the petitioner claims patta is classified as cart track, which was encroached by the petitioner and therefore her claim for grant of patta cannot be considered.

3. When that being the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, I do not think that the claim of the petitioner seeking for grant of patta can be directed to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considered by the respondents. Accordingly I find no merits in this writ petition. Consequently, the same is dismissed. No costs.
