PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime NO. 682 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed for interim bail facilitating the petitioner to attend the marriage of his daughter.

2. This Court by an order dated 21.06.2021 has granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Madurai on or before 28.06.2021 at 5.00 pm., without fail.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition and surrendered before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Madurai.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner had surrendered before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Madurai.

5. In view of the same, the petition stands closed as no further order is required to be passed.
