The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the pending proceedings on the file of the second respondent. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for, with the consent of the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. The petitioner has approached the second respondent and enquiry notice is also issued on 07.03.2025 for the hearing on 21.03.2025. The second respondent is ceased of the matter. It would suffice to direct the second respondent to dispose of the proceedings, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
