ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction as against the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosector appearing for the 3rd respondent, the petitioner and his son-in-law are alleged to have cheated a sum of Rs.68,00,000/- on the promise of registering certain properties in favour of the 4th respondent herein. The complaint further reveals that a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- was credited to the petitioner's account by the 4th respondent.

3. In view of the above said facts, the 3rd respondent herein is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
