ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to appoint any other Investigating Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police instead of the third respondent and file final report in Cr.No.265 of 2015 as expeditiously. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completing investigation charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur on 27.11.2015.
