O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against all the proposed accused, based upon the complaint of the petitioner, dated 14.12.2015, investigate the same and to file final report against all the proposed accused in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the dispute was settled amicably before the Mediation Centre, attached to this Bench and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which reads as follows:- "It is prayed that on the basis of the mediation, both are living together and matter settled. Hence, prayed for record the same and may be disposed of."
