C-60.To modify the Para No.6 in Condition No.3(i) imposed by this Court in Crl MP No. 2669/2026 dated 20.02.2026 by modifying the condition i) The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on his executing the bond for sum of Rs.10,000/- with one regular sureties and one blood surety each for a like a sum to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur to before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivakasi, who has convicted the petitioner in C.C.No.419 of 2017.

ORDER

Seeking to modify the first condition in Crl.M.P.No. 2669 dated 20.02.2026, this criminal modification petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without discreetly following the first condition imposed by this Court, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Srivilliputhur, is insisting for producing solvency for an amount of 10,000/- which is quite impossible for the petitioner to arrange. He is ready to comply with the condition as directed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, the learned Trial Court is directed to permit the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with one regular surety and blood surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Court without insisting for solvency. 26-03-2026 Sml Note: Issue order copy on 26.03.2026.
